According to our Group’s Insider Trading policy, the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee (including the CEO), and employees who have (or may have) access to material non-public information (such persons are referred to as ’Designated Persons’) are banned from trading in Group financial securities during closed periods.
Closed periods for Members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee are the periods starting the 29th day after a financial release until the next financial release (which, however, shall never be shorter than 30 calendar days before a financial release). Closed periods for Designated Persons are: i) the periods two months prior to the publication of the annual financial statements of the Group; and ii) the periods starting on the first day of a quarter until the publication of the Group’s quarterly financial statements for that quarter (which, however, shall never be shorter than 30 days before a financial release).
